What are affirmations?
Affirmations are messages from the divine being. You can say it out loud or simply make a mental note of it. When you recite it with mindfulness, you are showered with unconditional love.
You can choose to repeat this practice as much as you want. It is recommended that you do this early in the morning to set your day on the path of abundance and positivity.
How do I meditate?
Meditation is simply awareness of your feelings and sensations. Be there for yourself. Be in the present moment with full awareness of your in and out breathe. Allow your practice to shed light on your suffering, pain, and anger. May you find peace through the darkness and the light.
Let yourself be gentle by trying not to focus too much on the perfection of your form. It is okay to feel uneasy in an upright position. If that is the case, try your best or lie down on the floor.
Simply be without wanting to be.
