What is emotional decluttering?

In my practice, emotional decluttering is the process of letting go of toxic influences, negative mindset, and self-destructive thoughts to bring emotional well-being. My focus is never on denying negativity or eliminating feelings like anger or sadness but it is on embracing and understanding my feelings with clarity and mindfulness.

  • Cultivating happiness and joy

  • Embracing my authentic self

  • Facing both negativity and positivity

  • Practicing unconditional love

  • Forgiving myself and others

Common blocks and emotional clutter

The process of decluttering can help us release our disowned and buried emotions. That’s why it is common to run into blocks and struggles during our unfolding.

  • Not being able to let go of sentimental things

  • Holding onto gifts

  • Feeling guilty about discarding things

  • Feeling burn-out or overwhelmed during decluttering

  • Stress cleaning

  • Forcing other people to organize and declutter

  • Feeling rejected for being a Minimalist

How to practice emotional decluttering

  1. Identify your goals and needs

  2. Be mindful of your own comfort level

  3. Surrender and let go

  4. Find and commit to what brings you joy
